FZB fluoroplastic alloy self priming chemical transfer pump

FZB fluoroplastic alloy chemical self priming pump is composed of pump body ,impeller, pump cover, seal bracket ,pump shaft ,shaft coupling ,bolt and nut and base plate.

1, pump body: The buried steel flange ring into the left and right sides of the connection part is made of a molded plastic synthetic alloy

2, The embedded with a stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti) molded plastic alloy is into the right side of the pump cover.

3, impeller: the use of shaft connection method, the metal shaft for high quality steel processing outsourcing plastic synthetic alloy mold, so that the impeller and metal shaft firmly into one, to ensure that the pump shaft and the rear of the impeller with rotation torque force, so that the wet part of the medium is plastic alloy.

4, mechanical seal: WB2, ST without cooling water adjustable end seal technology, from silicon carbide, high-purity alumina ceramics, filled with tetrafluoride, graphite and other materials.
